The “El toque Norauto” campaign, or “the Norauto touch” in English, was launched last January at Norauto Spain.
This loyalty campaign, open to customers of the brand bringing their cars in to the workshop, involved “extra services” provided on request for €1 extra, including the following:
– cleaning the outside of the windscreen
– the wing mirrors
– the dashboard
– the fitting of a Norauto air freshener on the rear-view mirror
Entirely in keeping with the brand’s values, El Toque Norauto helps to finance the integration of disabled people in the brand’s centres. A campaign that is currently being rolled out in the Spanish centres
